My practice is focused on supporting professional women ages 35 and up who are ready to become the most vibrant and healthy version of themselves.
My specialization is in Hormonal Health and Integrative Nutrition. This means I help you navigate the common health challenges that come with this phase of life—like fluctuating hormones, unexplained fatigue, and persistent stress. I do this by looking at your whole system, not just a single symptom.

This is a very customized and personalized experience. From the very first session we dig into your history and goals to get clarity regarding the focus of the health coaching experience and the end goal you aspire towards.
This is also a client led approach where the client leads with prioritization and the changes they want to see and feel. My role as a health coach is to listen, to educate and support your journey to clarity and wellbeing.
The foundation of my approach is bioindividuality. Clients receive diverse tools that cater to their needs and where they are in their wellbeing journey. They also receive follow-up support where needed between sessions.
This journey is about action and transformation, and I am here to support, motivate and give options when things don’t work.

If you are only looking for a prescribed diet plan, or you’re not comfortable with a focus on behavioral change,, this highly engaged, systemic program is not for you.
