Live.Love.Give with DALIA, is a health coaching practice created out of the conviction that women’s wellbeing matters. The practice is led by Dalia Haj-Omar, and utilizes a holistic, integrative approach.

I support women 35 and over to live the best version of themselves. I do this using hands-on individualized tools centered in self compassion and joy.

My mission is to provide a highly personalized, client-led health coaching experience. This is not about quick fixes; it's about transformation through action, where even the smallest tweaks can make the biggest difference. My calling is to equip women with the tools and knowledge to become their own advocates, so they can live their best lives on their own terms.

My Qualifications

I received my Health Coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York, a leader in health and wellness education. At IIN, I was immersed in a curriculum that focuses on a holistic, bio-individual approach to wellness, recognizing that no single diet or lifestyle works for everyone. Moreover, I have pursued a specialization in hormonal balance, giving me advanced tools to help my clients understand the root causes of their symptoms and find sustainable, personalized solutions for lasting vitality. I also have advanced degrees from the Johns Hopkins University and the University of Notre Dame.

About me

My coaching practice is steeped in multi-culturalism and prioritizes body, mind and spirit. I’m of East African origin, have lived in four continents and am open to coaching in Arabic, English and French.

For over two decades, I thrived in the high-stakes world of activism, humanitarian work and diplomacy, navigating complex challenges and demanding schedules across the globe. Like many ambitious women, I saw my busy, on-the-go life as a badge of honor, but my body was quietly keeping a different kind of record. This led me to a year-long health coaching certification with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) a decade ago. While I was too deep in my career to launch a side business, I took everything I learned and applied it to my own life. I became a health coach for myself, my family, and my friends. It was a quiet journey of learning to negotiate for my own well-being, prioritizing self-care in a world that often puts it last.

My own wake-up call came in the form of a pre-diabetic diagnosis—a clear signal that my body needed a new approach. I used my knowledge and tools to reverse it naturally, not just with nutrition but with a holistic view of life: sleep, joy, stress management, supplementation, balanced meals and a sense of purpose. This experience cemented my belief that true wellness is a full-circle approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit.

Today, after hearing countless stories from women in my own circle, I know that the current systems are failing women, leading to a sense of helplessness. Women in middle life are struggling with piling responsibilities and aspirations, waiting for a crisis to tell them it’s time to slow down or take action. I am convinced that my service is needed now more than ever. I believe in prevention and thriving through knowledge and action, and I’m here to be a guide.
